Before beginning work at HOPE, Dr. Montazeri offered similar behavioral health services to patients in a clinic at Hamden, since 2021.

He treats different adult psychiatric conditions, including different forms of depression or anxiety and the related panic attacks, obsessive compulsive disorder, ADHD, etc.

He is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Yale University and beside clinical practice has been conducting research and publishing the results at Yale Child Study Center for over seven years.

His main area of interest is a group of psychiatric conditions, called ‘Neurodevelopmental Disorders’, which include Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD , and multiple other overlapping conditions as well as the overlap between these and other psychiatric condition, like different forms of depression and anxiety disorders, etc.

Dr. Montazeri graduated Tehran University of Medical sciences as a general practitioner and has done further residency training in adult psychiatry in the Eastern Tennessee State University.
